NOT YET AVAILABLE! (COMING THIS FALL) What is PeTnet you ask? How the GPS Locator™ Works The PetSafe® GPS Locator uses Global Positioning System tracking to pinpoint your dog’s location day or night. You set your Home Zone™ area, and the system notifies you when your dog crosses the Home Zone boundary. Once you receive an Alert, our Customer Care Specialists stay on the line with you until you and your pet are back together. • The PetSafe GPS Locator is programmed with a boundary (Home Zone) for your pet. You select the size and location of the Home Zone. • If your pet roams outside of the Home Zone, the PetSafe GPS Locator identifi es this event as an escape or boundary violation, and notifi es the PetSafe Customer Care Center. • The PetSafe GPS Locator then goes into Locate Mode. In this mode, the device continues monitoring your pet’s location and provides your pet’s GPS coordinates to the Customer Care Center, and to the website. • You will receive a telephone voice message, text message, or e-mail to inform you of the boundary violation, and of the current location of your pet. • TheCustomer Care Specialists will stay on the line with you until you and your pet are back together again. When you want to Well this is what I can tell you so far. PeTnet™ is a community for the owners of any RoamEO™ system, whether it be the RoamEO™ Classic or the RoamEO PuP™. At first glance its most obvious function is to bring the tracking and containment functions of your RoamEO to your home computer.

The way it works is simple. Any RoamEO™ customer may purchase this optional antenna accessory (anticipated price $129.95) and plug it into their home computer or laptop. This antenna will then receive GPS coordinates directly from your pets collar to your PC or PDA and web enabled cell phone. RoamEO™ owners will then be able to track their pet in real time using Google Maps. Now not only will you be able to see your pets location, speed, and direction of travel In Real Time on your RoamEO™ Classic or PuPpod™ hand held unit, you will also be able to see In Real Time the exact street (And using Googles Satellite view) or even home or landmark your pet is standing next to at that moment.

With the optional PeTnet™ antenna the RoamEO™ will now do anything that the Zoombak™, PetSafe™. or Global Pet Finder™ units will do...and will still do it for less money! While I cannot give you all the details yet, this is only the beginning of what PeTnet ™can do. I will of course give you more details as I can.



Once PeTnet™ is launched in mid October, all newly purchased RoamEO Classic™ and PuP™ units will come with 1 years free service. Yes, there will be a very minimal monthly fee to use the product after the first year, but it is completely optional and the units will function as normal without this service. PeTnet is there for the people who want the same additional features that some of our competitors have, but without the cell phone contracts and high monthly fees. While our fees are not yet set in stone, expect them to be somewhere in the $5 per month area.

Another important feature with PeTnet is that as the community populates itself, the tracking range of your system will increase beyond the 5 mile range we currently have. Theoretically the range could be unlimited. Every home in any area who has one of these antennas can piggyback off of each other to extend the range of the system as a whole. So if enough people in any city had one of these units, you could track your pet anywhere in the city. If enough in the state has it, then you could track anywhere in the state and so on.

PetNet™ will be the nail in the proverbial coffin for our competition. With PeTnet we will have filled in the only gap that we had in our product, and we will still do it better and at a lower cost than any of our competition. By making it optional we are able to cater to the needs of every customer who is interested in this type of product.

I will not yet begin to sell this product, as the launch date of Mid October is still pretty soft right now. However, once the date is firmly set, this is something that you may want to add to your sRoamEO or PuPpet sytem, later this fall.
